1. Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans for supplier components.
2. Present comprehensive summary reports to management.
3. Facilitate and actively participate in Quality meetings.
4. Conduct diagnostics and produce detailed reports.
5. Cultivate and maintain trust-based partnerships with suppliers and internal manufacturing sectors.

1. Technical or engineering degree with proven experience in quality tools and methods (TQS).

1. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, QRQC, supplier audits.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Organized, rigorous, analytical, and methodical.
4. Knowledge of watchmaking and associated processes.
5. Autonomy, flexibility, and active collaboration in teamwork.
6. Strong integration skills.

Confirmed experience in quality tools and methods within a technical or engineering context.

Technical or engineering degree (HES).
