1. Define aesthetic and sensory criteria for products and oversee their implementation in production.
2. Contribute to the formalization of reference documentation.
3. Represent the Quality department in collaboration with internal clients such as Design, Production, Communication, and New Product project teams.
4. Identify and consolidate client requirements for new products to meet quality needs.
5. Characterize client requirements and usage conditions for formalization.
6. Present quality requirements at the start of projects and synthesize quality outcomes at project completion for commercial release.
7. Manage various cross-functional projects as opportunities arise.

1. Degree in Engineering or a Master's in Industrial fields such as Quality, Microtechnology, or Watchmaking, or equivalent experience in the quality sector.
2. Strong knowledge of the watchmaking industry, Rolex products, and both technical and aesthetic criteria for both apparel and movement.

1. Comprehensive understanding of enterprise operations including After-Sales, Communication, Design, and Production.
2. Proactive in proposing and researching solutions.
3. Adaptability, availability, and strong team spirit.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Leadership in group facilitation and client orientation.

Experience in quality management within the watchmaking industry is required.

Degree in Engineering or a Master's in Industrial fields such as Quality, Microtechnology, or Watchmaking.
