1. Lead and contribute to the internal and supplier preventive quality assurance initiatives.
2. Ensure the implementation of the industrial qualification process.
3. Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
4. Provide methodological support on quality tools and processes.
5. Collaborate with external suppliers.
6. Manage statistics and data analysis.
7. Maintain effective communication with all quality contributors.
8. Propose methodological and quality tool enhancements.

1. Engineering degree HES/EPF with a focus on quality or equivalent.

1. Proven industrial experience in managing quality projects.
2. Mastery of preventive and corrective quality management tools (risk analysis, FMEA, QRQC, 8D, SPC, audit).
3. Rigor, synthesis ability, and autonomy.
4. Adaptability and strong team spirit.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Leadership in group facilitation.

Proven industrial experience in managing quality projects is required.
