1. Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field with knowledge of quality management.
2. Training and/or experience in the watchmaking industry.
3. Proven experience in team management.

Proven experience in managing teams within the watchmaking industry or a similar sector.

Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
