Rolex Quality Manager

- Ensure adherence to quality criteria across the entire sector.

- Act as a liaison between the sector and quality technicians by reporting incidents or non-conforming products.
- Oversee compliance with control methods and tools through audits of workstations and components.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
- Analyze, interpret, and update quality indicators.
- Conduct weekly assessments and facilitate quality meetings.
- Maintain the required skill level for each inspector by providing necessary training and support.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality.
- Proven experience in the quality domain, supplemented by continuous certified training.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the mechanical or micromechanical sector; knowledge of watchmaking is an advantage.
- Expertise in aesthetic control and proficiency with basic quality tools.
- Excellent visual acuity and ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong command of computer tools and data compilation skills.
- Effective communication skills, proficiency in facilitation, and decision-making ability.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the mechanical or micromechanical sector is required, with additional knowledge in watchmaking considered advantageous.
