4. Oversee compliance with control methods and tools through audits of workstations and components.
5. Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
6. Analyze, interpret, and update quality indicators.
7. Conduct weekly assessments and facilitate quality meetings.
8. Maintain the required skill level for each inspector by providing necessary training and support.
9. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality.

1. Proven experience in the quality domain, supplemented by continuous certified training.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the mechanical or micromechanical sector; knowledge of watchmaking is an advantage.

1. Expertise in aesthetic control and proficiency with basic quality tools.
2. Excellent visual acuity and ability to read technical drawings.
3. Strong command of computer tools and data compilation skills.
4. Effective communication skills, proficiency in facilitation, and decision-making ability.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the mechanical or micromechanical sector is required, with additional knowledge in watchmaking considered advantageous.
