1. Ensure adherence to quality standards across the production sector by liaising with experts.
2. Guarantee the application of control methodologies and consistency of reference standards.
3. Act as a liaison between the sector and quality technicians, reporting incidents or non-conforming products.
4. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with control methods and tools.
5. Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced components.
6. Prepare weekly reports and facilitate quality meetings.
7. Maintain required skill levels for each inspector by providing necessary training and support.
8. Engage in training, coaching, and aesthetic criteria control of all sector employees.
9. Contribute actively to continuous quality improvement.

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Microtechnology.
2. Proven experience in quality management, supplemented by certified continuous training.

1. Proficiency in aesthetic control and basic quality tools.
2. Excellent visual acuity and blueprint reading skills.
3. Strong computer skills.
4. Effective training, coaching, and auditing capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality control within the watchmaking industry.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Microtechnology.
