1. Define and implement control methods in collaboration with internal and external technical teams for production processes and products at external partners and internally.
2. Plan and coordinate various stages related to quality control for outsourcing projects or new products.
3. Identify malfunctions or risks in external control processes and propose corrective solutions.
4. Participate in quality audits.
5. Ensure compliance with Rolex standards and requirements throughout the control process.
6. Coordinate the acquisition of new measurement machines within the sector.
7. Oversee cross-functional projects related to quality and control methods.
8. Participate in co-design of new products with external partners as a measurement expert.

1. HES or EPF degree in microtechnology or mechanics, or equivalent technical training.

1. Proficient communication skills.
2. Proven experience in quality and metrology.
3. Knowledge of various measurement methods.
4. Customer and supplier orientation with strong team spirit.
5. Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
6. Strong analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.

Confirmed experience in the field of quality and metrology is desired.
