1. Lead quality problem-solving initiatives during the industrialization and production phases of new products.
2. Address discrepancies and manage non-conformities effectively.
3. Identify and implement proactive measures to ensure zero defects.
4. Monitor and drive quality performance indicators.
5. Lead cross-functional projects for global improvement.
6. Support the definition and deployment of a tailored quality management system.
7. Facilitate working groups to create, optimize, and harmonize quality practices.
8. Train and raise awareness among employees regarding quality requirements and their implementation.

1. Degree in Engineering (HES) or Technical Certification (ES) with relevant experience.
2. Experience in an industrial production environment.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methods.
2. Expertise in quality tools and methodologies such as Pareto, Process Approach, FMEA, 5S, QQOCQP, 8D, 5M, and brainstorming.

Experience in a similar role within an industrial production setting is required.

Degree in Engineering (HES) or Technical Certification (ES).
