1. Facilitate QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) workshops within production workshops.
2. Address internal and external non-conformities.
3. Represent the interests of workshops with suppliers and clients.
4. Participate in risk analysis.
5. Manage and animate quality indicators.
6. Contribute to improvement projects.

1. Diploma in a technical field or equivalent.
2. Experience with the 8D problem-solving process.
3. Additional training in quality management (TQ1/TQ2) is desirable.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to adapt communication style to different interlocutors.

Experience with quality management processes, particularly the 8D method, is required.
