1. Ensure the robustness of the product quality process through detection, documentation, analysis, solution-seeking, and monitoring of corrective actions.
2. Analyze root causes of non-conformities using OPEX tools and develop corrective solutions through curative, corrective, and preventive actions.
3. Lead the follow-up of actions and evaluate their effectiveness based on performance indicators.
4. Occasionally facilitate continuous improvement sessions and participate in the development of action plans.
5. Monitor and drive the quality performance of the group.
6. Maintain and enhance the training process for employees.
7. Ensure the drafting, application, and updating of manufacturing and control standards.

1. Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. TQ Base and TQ1 training is a significant advantage.

1. Proficiency in standard office software.
2. Strong team spirit and positive communication skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.

Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
