Rolex Quality & Metrology Intern (Supplier Component Acceptance)

1. Conduct a baseline assessment and historical analysis of current supplier component acceptance criteria and inspection records.
2. Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement and quality teams to define a prioritized action plan to improve acceptance criteria.
3. Design and execute tests on proposed measurement and inspection solutions; analyse test results and document findings.
4. Support the deployment and validation of new acceptance procedures and measurement protocols across incoming inspection workflows.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
2. Knowledge of measurement techniques, notably colorimetry, dimensional metrology and physical measurements.
3. Capacity to work autonomously and to propose pragmatic, technically sound solutions.
4. Strong organisational skills and attentive listening; effective collaborator across multidisciplinary teams.
5. Availability for a 3–6 month internship period.

No specific prior professional experience is required; academic laboratory work or project experience with measurement techniques or metrology is advantageous.
