1. Manage a purchasing group consisting of buyers and delegated buyers for watch components and raw materials.
2. Ensure team cohesion with close management focused on development, support, and employee well-being.
3. Guarantee operational and administrative management of the team in line with sector objectives.
4. Define and maintain purchasing standards, data monitoring and analysis, and indicator tracking.
5. Encourage and facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement actions for the team and activities.
6. Actively collaborate and ensure quality relationships with internal clients and suppliers.
7. Lead and actively participate in Opex projects and functional budget management.

1. Advanced technical or commercial degree with additional training in purchasing.

1. Proven team management experience.
2. Organizational and planning skills.
3. Knowledge of information systems.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Natural leadership with strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Confirmed experience in team management, organization, and activity planning. Experience in the field of watch components is an asset.
