1. Manage a purchasing group consisting of buyers and delegated buyers (12 team members) for watch components and raw materials.
2. Ensure team cohesion through close management focused on development, support, and employee well-being.
3. Guarantee operational and administrative management of the team in alignment with sector objectives.
4. Define and maintain purchasing standards, data monitoring and analysis, and tracking and management of indicators.
5. Encourage and lead the implementation of continuous improvement actions for the team and activities.
6. Actively collaborate and ensure quality relationships with internal clients and suppliers within the scope of activity.
7. Lead and actively participate in Opex projects and functional budget management.

1. Advanced technical or commercial degree complemented by training in purchasing.
2. Proven experience in team management, organization, and activity planning.
3. Experience in the watch component sector is an advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of information systems.
5. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Natural leadership with a strong customer orientation and communication skills.
