1. Ensure the definition, availability, and application of strategic and organizational recommendations.
2. Identify deviations from recommendations and manage their resolution.
3. Ensure adherence to recommendations during the co-design phase for new products.
4. Support industrialization lines in evolving product/process standards.
5. Define and plan work articles.
6. Define and maintain updated CAP models in relation to the assembly range.

1. Holder of an engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.

1. Experience in lean management.
2. Proficiency in project management tools.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Autonomous, proactive, and able to unite teams.
5. Good team integration skills and ease in working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Experience in lean management is required.
