Rolex Product/Process Project Manager

- Ensure the definition, availability, and application of technical constraints and process requirements.
- Identify deviations from constraints and requirements, and implement management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with constraints and requirements during the co-design phase for new products.
- Support industrialization lines in the evolution of product/process standards.
- Define and plan work articles.
- Holder of an engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in lean management.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to unite teams.
- Excellent team integration capabilities and ease in multidisciplinary environments.
Experience in lean management and project management within a technical or manufacturing environment is required.
Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
