1. Ensure the definition, availability, and application of technical constraints and process requirements.
2. Identify deviations from constraints and requirements, and implement management strategies.
3. Ensure compliance with constraints and requirements during the co-design phase for new products.
4. Support industrialization lines in the evolution of product/process standards.
5. Define and plan work articles.

1. Holder of an engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in lean management.

1. Proficiency in project management tools.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Autonomous, proactive, and able to unite teams.
4. Excellent team integration capabilities and ease in multidisciplinary environments.

Experience in lean management and project management within a technical or manufacturing environment is required.

Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
