1. Develop, configure, and utilize a 3D discrete event simulation model to simulate and analyze complex systems.
2. Create performance indicators through the analysis and synthesis of large data sets.
3. Provide decision-making support to enhance efficiency.
4. Manage project progress through various phases.
5. Contribute to the application of best IT practices and the sustainability of information solutions.
6. Support project teams in lean management and change management initiatives.

1. Engineering degree with a specialization in supply chain or production management, or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in numerical simulation model creation for flow optimization.
2. Knowledge in programming, algorithmic concepts, and data analysis (Flexsim, Python, Tableau, etc.).
3. Strong analytical skills, dynamic and creative mindset, with the ability to collaborate within a project team.
4. High degree of autonomy and initiative-taking ability.
5. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum of two years' experience in production system optimization, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Engineering degree with a specialization in supply chain or production management, or equivalent qualification.
