Rolex Project Manager - Process Improvement

- Define project scopes with SMART objectives and establish key milestones.
- Manage cross-functional improvement and transformation projects.
- Facilitate and coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide support in implementation, documentation, and sustainability of solutions.
- Offer technical, organizational, and methodological support to various sector entities.
- Design and conduct training related to identified projects.
- Communicate project progress effectively.
- Ensure objectives are met and maintained.
- Act as a key liaison with all contributors for management processes.
- Propose improvements to optimize processes and management tools.
- Conduct analyses within different mechanical product lines.
- Develop and utilize advanced statistical models and data analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in project management and portfolio coordination, as well as data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and business analysis.
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems, including SAP, S/4HANA, PLM, MES.
- Strong communication skills, excellent listening, and consensus-building abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups.
- Systematic approach and strong synthesis skills.
- Advanced data analysis and statistical skills.
Confirmed experience in project management and coordination, with a focus on data analysis and statistical modeling.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
