1. Define project scopes with SMART objectives and establish key milestones.
2. Manage cross-functional improvement and transformation projects.
3. Facilitate and coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Provide support in implementation, documentation, and sustainability of solutions.
5. Offer technical, organizational, and methodological support to various sector entities.
6. Design and conduct training related to identified projects.
7. Communicate project progress effectively.
8. Ensure objectives are met and maintained.
9. Act as a key liaison with all contributors for management processes.
10. Propose improvements to optimize processes and management tools.
11. Conduct analyses within different mechanical product lines.
12. Develop and utilize advanced statistical models and data analyses.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience in project management and portfolio coordination, as well as data analysis and statistical modeling.
3. Experience in managing cross-functional projects and business analysis.
4. Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies and tools.
5. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.

1. Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems, including SAP, S/4HANA, PLM, MES.
2. Strong communication skills, excellent listening, and consensus-building abilities.
3. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups.
4. Systematic approach and strong synthesis skills.
5. Advanced data analysis and statistical skills.

Confirmed experience in project management and coordination, with a focus on data analysis and statistical modeling.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
