1. Coordinate and compile comprehensive manufacturing method dossiers for new products, ensuring adherence to project standards and objectives in quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Leverage feedback to harmonize best practices and contribute to the evolution of reference frameworks.
3. Lead risk mitigation plans and ensure adherence to project schedules.
4. Facilitate and unify project stakeholders across the site.
5. Provide detailed reporting to various governing bodies.

1. Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Proven experience in managing industrial projects.
3. Technical proficiency in areas such as functional tolerancing and process capability.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work within multidisciplinary teams.
5. Autonomy, meticulousness, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
