1. Evaluate innovative manufacturing processes for dial products, ensuring alignment with industrial objectives of cost, quality, and timelines.
2. Define requirements for equipment and associated infrastructure.
3. Conduct feasibility studies focusing on process control, product conformity, achievable volumes, and costs.
4. Lead risk mitigation plans and ensure adherence to project schedules.
5. Oversee the industrialization of new products.
6. Coordinate project stakeholders and provide comprehensive reporting to management.

1. Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent in mechanics, microtechnology, or materials science.
2. Proven experience in managing industrial projects.

1. Technical proficiency in risk management, process capabilities, and associated monitoring plans.
2. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite teams.
3. Autonomy, rigor, results-oriented mindset, and proactive approach.

Confirmed experience in industrial project management is required.

Engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or materials science.
