1. Define and qualify operational ranges and assembly processes for new products.
2. Ensure industrial qualification of modified series products.
3. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical data.
4. Optimize and enhance the performance of production tools.

1. Engineering degree from EPF/ETS/HES or ES Technician in mechanics/microtechnology, or equivalent training.
2. Proven industrial experience in mechanical watch assembly.
3. Ability to manage projects and propose effective, innovative solutions.
4. Proficiency in SAP (ERP), Windchill (PLM), and Apriso (MES) is advantageous.
5. Dynamic, creative, and methodical individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication.

Confirmed industrial experience in mechanical watch assembly is required.
