Rolex Project Manager HVAC

1. Lead and oversee projects for the improvement, transformation, and renovation of HVAC and sanitary installations.
2. Ensure the proper sizing of HVAC systems to meet client needs.
3. Collaborate with external consultants and manage both internal and external contractors on various projects.
4. In partnership with operators, develop preliminary designs, specifications, conduct tenders, and manage project handovers.
5. Perform administrative follow-up including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or technician diploma (ES) in HVAC or equivalent experience.
2. Training and/or experience in the sanitary field is an additional asset.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC project management within an engineering firm or as an installer.
