1. Program and configure a 3D discrete event simulation model to simulate and analyze complex systems.
2. Create performance indicators through the analysis and synthesis of large data sets.
3. Provide decision-making support to enhance efficiency.
4. Manage project progress through various phases.
5. Contribute to the application of best IT practices and ensure the sustainability of information solutions.
6. Support project members in lean management and change management topics.

1. Engineering degree with a specialization in supply chain, production management, or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in production system optimization, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

1. Proficiency in creating digital flow simulation models.
2. Knowledge of programming, algorithms, and data analysis (Flexsim, Python, Tableau, etc.).
3. Strong analytical skills, dynamic and creative, with the ability to collaborate within a project team.
4. High level of autonomy and initiative-taking ability.
5. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of two years in optimizing production systems, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
