1. Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of existing facilities, including technical, energy, regulatory, and functional assessments.
2. Develop and recommend strategic directions for building renovation or transformation, considering environmental, economic, and future usage factors.
3. Oversee preliminary studies (technical, financial, environmental feasibility, needs programming) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved (design offices, architects, engineers, building specialists, business stakeholders).
5. Draft, adjust, and validate contractual documents, consultation files, and specifications for the selection of service providers or conducting tenders.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent experience in building or construction techniques.
2. Additional training or experience in civil engineering is an advantage.
3. Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in managing pre-study or transformation/renovation projects.
