1. Implement standards across all sectors and coordinate associated activities.
2. Define roles and responsibilities of stakeholders at each stage of the process.
3. Establish a coaching system to ensure smooth process execution.
4. Participate in the execution and evolution of process audits.
5. Contribute to the support of industry trainers.
6. Formalize the process approach.

1. Bachelor's degree from EHL or a university degree from HES/EPF.

1. Project management expertise, particularly in continuous improvement and visual management.
2. Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects, including stakeholder engagement, KPI development, and reporting.
3. Experience in change management.
4. Familiarity with standard office software.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, diplomacy, assertive communication, and teamwork.
6. Ability to influence with integrity and propose innovative solutions.
7. Excellent organizational skills, versatility, and autonomy.
8. Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in project management, continuous improvement, and visual management is required.
