1. Lead projects focused on the implementation or transformation of activities in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with executive expectations.
2. Conduct performance analyses of activities on strategic dimensions such as mission, vision, objectives, and indicators, as well as organizational aspects like processes, governance, and business practices.
3. Contribute to the deployment of Operational Excellence initiatives through training, workshops, webinars, and the sharing and enhancement of best practices.
4. Participate in the improvement of team methodologies and best practices.

1. Advanced degree in Engineering (HES or EPF) or a Master's in Management (HEC).
2. Proven experience in project management and change management.
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools for transformation and operational excellence.
4. Familiarity with ISO 9001, EFQM, ITIL standards.

1. Ability to facilitate cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups.
2. Business analysis skills, including understanding business needs and challenges.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening, communication, and synthesis abilities.
4. Proficiency in office software tools.
5. Strong aptitude for teamwork and fostering collaboration.

Demonstrated experience in project management and change management is required.

Advanced degree in Engineering or a Master's in Management.
