Rolex Project Manager, Equipment Acquisition

- Manage projects according to industry standards and proactively communicate using available digital tools.
- Lead risk mitigation efforts for acquisition projects until the industrial qualification of equipment is validated.
- Organize, structure, and conduct internal and external trials related to equipment acquisition or optimization projects.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department to research suppliers.
- Draft specifications, organize, plan, and monitor acquisition projects in accordance with the company's internal processes.
- Assign and coordinate tasks and objectives for each project team member, ensuring resource availability.
- Develop qualification protocols for new processes with the project team, ensuring the industrial robustness of the product/process pair.
- Define requirements for optimizing existing equipment.
- Establish and monitor schedules for equipment optimization or retrofitting.
- Engineering degree in mechanical/microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in project management.
- Knowledge of industrial watchmaking manufacturing processes and watchmaking techniques.
- Proficiency in standard computer tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
- Analytical, synthetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to unite involved resources and client-oriented.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in the industrial sector related to watchmaking.
Engineering degree in mechanical/microtechnology or equivalent.
