1. Serve as the liaison between catering service providers, internal culinary managers, and key partners to develop an annual action plan.
2. Manage the renewal plan for culinary equipment.
3. Identify needs for the evolution and transformation of dining spaces.
4. Develop specifications and briefings, and perform associated administrative tasks.
5. Evaluate deliverables from service providers.
6. Monitor related budgets.

1. HES degree with prior experience in professional kitchen design and client relations.
2. Proven experience in project management.
3. Familiarity with the collective catering industry.
4. Ability to work in a complex and evolving environment.
5. Excellent communication and writing skills.
6. Strong synthesis, analysis, and conceptualization abilities.
7. Fluency in French, with German being desirable.
