1. Lead and facilitate Operational Excellence initiatives within the Supply sector.
2. Train team members on OPEX methodologies and associated tools.
3. Establish performance indicators to evaluate workshop and service efficiency.
4. Identify improvement opportunities and oversee their implementation.
5. Manage projects and conduct analyses to enhance efficiency and performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Production Organization, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in project management and leading workgroups.
3. Proficiency in OPEX tools.

2. Ability to lead and animate workgroups.
3. Analytical and synthetic thinking with a global vision.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching ability, and leadership.
5. Proactive approach with the ability to analyze and adjust project management strategies.

Demonstrated experience in managing projects and facilitating workgroups, with a strong command of OPEX tools and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Production Organization, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent.
