1. Define project scopes with SMART objectives and establish key milestones.
2. Manage cross-functional improvement and transformation projects.
3. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams.
4. Provide support in implementation, document solutions, and ensure sustainability.
5. Offer technical, organizational, and methodological support to various sector entities.
6. Design and conduct training related to identified projects.
7. Communicate project progress effectively.
8. Ensure objectives are met and maintained.
9. Act as a key liaison with contributors for management processes.
10. Propose improvements to optimize management processes and tools.
11. Conduct analyses within different mechanical product lines.
12. Develop and utilize advanced statistical models and data analyses.

1. Engineering degree from HES or EPFL.
2. Proven experience in project management and portfolio coordination.
3. Experience in cross-functional project management and business analysis.
4. Expertise in leading cross-disciplinary groups.

1. Understanding of operational excellence methodologies and tools.
2. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
3. Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems, including SAP, S/4HANA, PLM, MES.
4. Strong communication skills with excellent listening and consensus-building abilities.
5. Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
6. Systematic approach and analytical thinking.
7. Advanced data analysis and statistical skills.

Confirmed experience in project management, data analysis, and statistical modeling is required.

Engineering degree from HES or EPFL.
