Rolex Project Management Team Leader

- Lead and mentor a team of 10 project managers, guiding them in the execution of their tasks.
- Develop team members' skills and potential through personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and learning opportunities.
- Communicate overarching objectives and ensure they are clearly and inspiringly conveyed to each team member.
- Cultivate a trusting atmosphere within the team and among project stakeholders, promoting a client-oriented and collaborative spirit.
- Ensure adherence to processes while proactively suggesting improvements.
- Maintain an overview of priorities and workload, planning and balancing resources and skills for future needs.
- Conduct regular meetings to track project progress, manage risks, and outline key points and next steps.
- Facilitate interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including industrial partners, logistics, suppliers, and other departments.
- Regularly report project progress to superiors, highlighting strategic points and important decisions.
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in a technical field such as mechanical, microtechnical, or computer engineering.
- Solid experience in industrial project management.
- Proven experience in team management is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge in the acquisition and commissioning of industrial and/or logistics equipment is beneficial.
- Natural leadership with excellent listening skills and a human-centered management approach.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Client-oriented focus with a commitment to achieving expected results while ensuring a collaborative and rigorous approach.
- Fluent in English.
Solid experience in industrial project management with proven team management experience being a significant advantage.
Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in a technical field.
