Rolex Project Management Officer

1. Deploy appropriate PMO tools and methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Establish tracking supports and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
3. Define and monitor key performance indicators, including objectives, budgets, timelines, risks, communication, and resources.
4. Consolidate and manage the overall schedule, critical path, and major milestones of all departmental projects.
5. Assign responsibilities and support the delivery of project outputs, ensuring commitments are met.
6. Prepare and organize steering committees, working groups, and strategic review meetings.
7. Formalize project management processes and share best practices within the department.
8. Integrate and track sustainability action plans within the relevant teams' roadmaps.
9. Ensure proper management and tracking of all project documentation.

1. Higher education degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience, ideally in ESG or sustainability.
2. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM I, or equivalent) required.
3. Strong knowledge of European sustainability directives.

1. Proficient in PMO tools and methods, from planning to reporting, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. High degree of professional rigor, organization, initiative, and analytical capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to unite, motivate, and inspire positive dynamics within teams.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within ESG or sustainability sectors.

Higher education degree required.
