Rolex Project Management Officer

- Adhere to project management methodologies and techniques as defined by the PMO.
- Ensure all necessary aspects for project execution are in place, particularly securing Sponsor agreement.
- Contribute to achieving project objectives.
- Set and monitor project indicators including objectives, costs, timelines, risks, communication, and resources.
- Manage the consolidated schedule, define and track the critical path and key milestones.
- Ensure deliverables have identified responsible parties.
- Engage relevant departments and stakeholders from project inception.
- Coordinate and inform project team members.
- Lead project reporting and communication activities.
- Alert the steering committee and management of deviations and propose alternative solutions.
- Organize and co-facilitate steering committee meetings.
- Conduct and document project evaluations.
- Support and coach project managers on project management topics.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation and project progression.
- Maintain team motivation and engagement.
- Oversee proper project documentation management.
- Promote and share project management best practices within the division.
- Train and coach project teams on methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional working groups related to project management.
- Coordinate governance activities as needed.
- University degree preferred.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in inter-departmental project management.
- Project management certification (PMP, PSM I, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
- Expertise in advanced project management practices and tools.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and flexibility in stakeholder interactions.
Over 5 years of confirmed and successful experience in managing inter-departmental projects.
University degree preferred.
