Rolex Project Coordinator

1. Provide operational support to the music partnerships manager for effective activity execution.
2. Collaborate with internal teams for press relations, advertising, social media, and photoshoot requirements.
3. Validate communication materials with external partners, including artists and cultural institutions.
4. Coordinate events with internal departments and external partners.
5. Ensure coordination with subsidiaries, market leaders, and retailers to meet local needs.
6. Monitor the visibility of communications related to partner activities.
7. Prepare contracts and participate in budget development.
8. Update reporting and tracking tools.

1. University degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of SAP.
3. Interest or experience in the Arts is advantageous.
4. Service-oriented with adaptability and autonomy.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position is required.
