1. Provide daily support to workshop operations and operators facing technical and quality challenges
2. Manage tools and consumables
3. Define and update performance indicators
4. Ensure the reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures
5. Analyze production data and ensure the accuracy of information in the information system
6. Verify the compliance of new tools and processes
7. Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operating methods

1. Technician ES or CFC technical degree with experience in the industrial sector
2. Technical knowledge
3. Ability to analyze significant data
4. Knowledge of quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto)
5. SAP knowledge
6. Watchmaking experience and project management skills are an advantage
