1. Provide daily support to workshop operations and assist operators with technical and quality challenges.
2. Manage tooling and consumables efficiently.
3. Define and maintain key performance indicators.
4. Ensure the reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
5. Analyze production data and ensure the accuracy of information entries in the information system.
6. Verify the compliance of new tools and processes.
7. Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement initiatives, and optimization of operational methods.

1. Technical diploma (ES) or CFC in a relevant field with industrial experience.
2. Technical knowledge and expertise.

1. Ability to analyze significant data sets.
2. Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto).
3. Familiarity with SAP.
4. Experience in watchmaking and project management is an advantage.
5. Pedagogical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
6. Strong team spirit, attentive, and autonomous.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in the industrial sector, preferably within the watchmaking industry, with a background in technical support and data analysis.

Technical diploma (ES) or CFC in a relevant field.
