1. Provide daily technical and quality support to workshop trades and operators.
2. Manage tooling and consumables effectively.
3. Define and maintain key performance indicators.
4. Ensure the reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
5. Analyze production data and ensure the accuracy of information system entries.
6. Verify the compliance of new tools and processes.
7. Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operational methods.

1. Technical diploma (ES) or CFC with industry experience.

1. Technical knowledge in industrial production.
2. Ability to analyze significant data sets.
3. Familiarity with quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto).
4. Proficiency in SAP.
5. Experience in watchmaking and project management is advantageous.
6. Pedagogical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Strong team spirit, attentive and autonomous.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in the industrial sector, preferably with exposure to watchmaking and project management.

Technical diploma (ES) or CFC.
