1. Consolidate the short-term production plan in collaboration with planning, project managers, and production teams to meet prototype, industrialization, and series requirements.
2. Participate in creating the launch schedule for new products, managing all project orders according to industrialization guidelines.
3. Monitor manufacturing orders and schedule production based on delivery deadlines, priorities, and available capacity.
4. Establish and challenge short-term load/capacity for production units.
5. Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding production progress and priorities.
6. Propose action plans with production to ensure delivery objectives are met.
7. Update master data and logistics indicators regularly.
8. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects supporting service growth.

1. Higher education in logistics or equivalent for junior profiles.
2. Confirmed professional experience for senior profiles.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems and decision-making tools.
2. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain is required.
