Rolex Production Scheduler

1. Define and maintain detailed production schedules for finished articles and monitor execution through to completion.
2. Balance portfolio demand against available capacity, adjusting plans to ensure optimal load/capacity alignment.
3. Participate in the implementation, development and continuous optimisation of manufacturing methods and production means.
4. Identify and propose solutions to accelerate material and process flow across production lines.
5. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of technical and production data used for planning and decision‑making.
6. Monitor production performance using key indicators and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.

1. Technical diploma or Bachelor (HES/HEG) in logistics, supply‑chain, industrial engineering or business management.
2. Prior experience in production planning or scheduling is preferred.
3. Proven ability to track and interpret production KPIs to drive operational decisions.
4. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
5. Excellent organizational rigour, analytical synthesis and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with clear and assertive communication.

Experience in production planning or scheduling is desired; practical exposure to capacity management and KPI monitoring is an asset.

Technician level or Bachelor (HES/HEG) in logistics, supply‑chain, industrial engineering or related field.
