1. Manage the initiation of production orders for each item according to the established plan and monitor their execution.
2. Ensure short-term load/capacity management for all production units in coordination with other schedulers.
3. Contribute to the gradual introduction of new products and processes in collaboration with planners, project managers, and production teams.
4. Monitor action plans across various production interfaces to meet delivery objectives.
5. Participate in finding solutions to accelerate workflow.
6. Maintain and update master data while tracking relevant performance indicators.

1. HES Engineer or ES Technician specialized in logistics or production, or equivalent training.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with decision-making tools.
2. Excellent listening skills and communication proficiency.
3. Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and stress resilience.

Preferred experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain domain.

HES Engineer or ES Technician specialized in logistics or production, or equivalent training.
