1. Manage the initiation of production orders for each item according to the established plan and monitor their execution.
2. Ensure short-term load/capacity alignment for all production units in coordination with other schedulers.
3. Contribute to the gradual introduction of new products and processes in collaboration with planners, project managers, and production teams.
4. Monitor action plans across various production interfaces to meet delivery objectives.
5. Participate in identifying solutions to accelerate production flow.
6. Maintain and update master data and track relevant performance indicators.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in logistics or production, or equivalent education.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems and decision-making tools.
2. Excellent listening skills and effective communication abilities.
3. Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.

Preferred experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain sector.

Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in logistics or production, or equivalent education.
