1. Lead daily quality performance initiatives in collaboration with operations teams, industrialization services, suppliers, and clients.
2. Ensure adherence to quality best practices by participating in production sector steering sessions.
3. Actively engage in resolving quality incidents and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
4. Provide technical support to colleagues during production phases.
5. Manage quality relationships with suppliers.

1. Degree in Engineering (HES) or Technical Studies (ES) in Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent, supplemented by quality training.
2. Proven professional experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
3. Knowledge in machining, finishing, and/or assembly sectors.

1. Proficiency in preventive and corrective quality management tools (problem-solving methodologies, 8D, 5M, QRQC).
2. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
3. Excellent facilitation, listening, analytical, synthesis, communication, and adaptability skills.
4. High capacity for learning and integration.

Minimum of 2-3 years of confirmed professional experience in a similar quality assurance role.

Degree in Engineering (HES) or Technical Studies (ES) in Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent.
