1. Establish and validate the master production schedule for a product line, ensuring alignment with customer demand and new product/process introductions.
2. Organize and lead periodic meetings to establish and monitor production planning schedules.
3. Ensure balance between workload and capacity, and manage component availability to prevent obsolescence.
4. Report to clients and direct supervisors on unmet customer needs and propose alternative solutions.
5. Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning.

1. HES degree or equivalent education.

1. Proven experience in production planning.
2. Proficiency in SAP.
3. Strong computer skills.
4. Analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Influential communication skills.
6. Diplomatic and anticipatory mindset.

Confirmed experience in production planning is required.
