3. Ensure load/capacity alignment and component availability without generating obsolescence.
4. Report customer dissatisfaction to direct supervisors and propose alternative solutions.
5. Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning.

1. HES degree or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience in production planning.
