- Establish and validate the master production schedule for a product line, ensuring alignment with customer needs and new product/process introductions.
- Organize and lead periodic sessions to establish, validate, and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure load/capacity alignment and component availability without generating obsolescence.
- Report customer dissatisfaction to direct supervisors and propose alternative solutions.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning.
- HES degree or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in production planning.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong computer skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Influential communication abilities.
- Diplomatic communication style.
- Anticipatory skills.
Confirmed experience in production planning is required.
