1. Establish and validate the master production schedule for a product line, ensuring alignment with customer needs and new product/process introductions.
2. Organize and lead periodic sessions to establish, validate, and monitor production schedules.
3. Ensure load/capacity alignment and component availability without generating obsolescence.
4. Report customer dissatisfaction to direct supervisors and propose alternative solutions.
5. Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning.

1. HES degree or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience in production planning.

1. Proficiency in SAP.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Influential communication abilities.
5. Diplomatic communication style.
6. Anticipatory skills.

Confirmed experience in production planning is required.
