1. Collaborate closely with partner departments to ensure the feasibility of the production plan.
2. Identify and anticipate risks related to capacity, supply, or other constraints, and propose appropriate action plans.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, including tools, indicators, and methods.
4. Maintain and optimize planning parameters within the ERP system.
5. Provide medium-term load/capacity forecasts.
6. Ensure the availability of finished products.

1. EPF/HEG degree in Logistics or Production, or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems and standard office software.
2. Excellent listening skills and ability to propose solutions.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize information.

Experience in production planning is desired.
