1. Establish and validate the master production schedule for a product line, ensuring alignment with customer demand and new product/process introductions.
2. Organize and lead periodic sessions for the establishment and validation of production plans and their follow-up.
3. Ensure load/capacity alignment and component availability without generating obsolescence.
4. Report to clients and direct supervisors on unmet customer needs and propose alternative solutions.
5. Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning.

1. HES Engineer degree or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience in production planning.
3. Project management knowledge is an asset.

1. Proficiency in SAP software.
2. Comfortable with IT tools.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Influential communicator and diplomat.
5. Anticipatory mindset.

Confirmed experience in production planning is required.

HES Engineer degree or equivalent education.
