1. Coordinate and supervise production workshop activities, including machining and finishing.
2. Support daily workshop operations in resolving technical and quality issues.
3. Manage tooling and consumables effectively.
4. Define and maintain production indicators.
5. Ensure reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
6. Analyze production data and ensure accuracy of information system entries.
7. Verify compliance of new tools and processes.
8. Participate in the qualification of new products and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Initial experience in the industrial sector.
3. Familiarity with quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto, etc.).
4. Strong data analysis capabilities.
5. Team-oriented with excellent listening and autonomy skills.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

1. Experience in horology and project management is advantageous.
2. SAP proficiency is a plus.

Initial experience in the industrial sector is required.

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
