Rolex Production Operations Technician

1. Ensure operational availability and reliable functioning of production equipment and tooling to meet workshop performance objectives.
2. Provide on‑floor technical support to production teams and contribute to the practical training and upskilling of workshop personnel.
3. Participate in qualification activities for new products and accompany the reception and commissioning of new production equipment.
4. Lead and facilitate cross‑functional working groups to identify and implement gains in productivity, quality and process efficiency.
5. Define, propose and drive continuous improvement projects for products and processes, from scoping to implementation and follow‑up.
6. Analyse quality deviations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

1. Technician diploma (Technicien ES) or HES engineering degree in mechanical engineering or microtechnology.
2. Proven competence using ERP systems and production management IT tools to pilot workshop performance indicators.
3. Strong affinity for on‑site, hands‑on work and demonstrated ability to lead improvement projects.
4. Rigor, initiative, strong organisational skills and a propensity for structured problem solving.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to animate teams, listen, analyse, synthesise and adapt in a collaborative environment.

Proven experience in a mechanical or microtechnical production environment, with hands‑on responsibility for workshop support, equipment commissioning and continuous improvement projects.
