1. Ensure optimal functioning and performance of production equipment, aligning with sector objectives.
2. Provide daily technical and quality support within the workshop.
3. Act as the technical point of contact, analyzing and communicating risks to the workshop.
4. Manage tooling and consumables efficiently.
5. Define and maintain up-to-date performance indicators.
6. Lead and facilitate technical sessions.
7. Ensure the reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
8. Analyze production data and ensure accuracy in information system entries.
9. Verify the compliance of new tools and processes.
10. Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operational methods.

1. Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Initial experience in the industrial sector.
3. Significant experience with CNC production equipment.

1. Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto, etc.).
2. Strong data analysis capabilities.
3. Team-oriented with strong listening, autonomy, and rigor.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in watchmaking and project management is advantageous.
6. SAP skills are beneficial.

Initial experience in the industrial sector with significant exposure to CNC production equipment.

Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
