Rolex Production Operations Technician

- Ensure optimal functioning and performance of production equipment in alignment with sector objectives.
- Provide daily support to workshop operations in technical and quality challenges.
- Act as the technical point of contact for the area, analyzing and communicating risks to the workshop.
- Manage tooling and consumables efficiently.
- Define and maintain up-to-date performance indicators.
- Lead and facilitate various technical sessions.
- Ensure reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
- Analyze production data and ensure accuracy in information system entries.
- Verify compliance of new tools and processes.
- Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operational methods.
- Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Initial experience in the industrial sector.
- Significant experience with CNC production equipment.
- Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto, etc.).
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset, attentive, autonomous, and meticulous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in watchmaking and project management is advantageous.
- SAP proficiency is beneficial.
A foundational experience in the industrial domain is required, with significant exposure to CNC production environments.
Technician ES diploma or equivalent.
