1. Operate and oversee the production of state-of-the-art rotary transfer machines with robotic loading.
2. Ensure production meets established quality and quantity objectives.
3. Adhere to control points, including frequency and sample size, according to the control range (MSP method).
4. Manage and adjust production machinery.
5. Collaborate with process industrialization methods to enhance machining conditions.
6. Perform data entry for production and quality metrics.
7. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality, cost, and process by formalizing improvement proposals.
8. Conduct level 1 maintenance.

1. Possession of a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanics, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in operating complex equipment.
2. Ability to read manufacturing plans, including dimensional and geometric tolerancing.
3. Understanding of 3D control machines, VideoCad, and vertical comparators.
4. Autonomy, proactivity, and precision in the workplace.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team, including 2x8 shifts.

Experience in operating and adjusting complex production machinery is required.

CFC in production mechanics, polymechanics, or equivalent.
