Rolex Production Flow Simulation Intern

1. Integrate into the industrial engineering team and become proficient with team tools (Flexsim, Tableau, Monday, SAP).
2. Survey the production system on site to understand workflows, constraints and project objectives.
3. Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications for the proposed simulation solution.
4. Develop and implement the simulation model in collaboration with team members.
5. Evaluate alternative optimization scenarios, analyse results and validate findings with project stakeholders.
6. Produce comprehensive functional documentation, model documentation and a final project report.

1. Enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, Industrial Engineering (MTE) or equivalent.
2. Proven ability with data analysis using Python.
3. Familiarity with Lean Management principles.
4. Knowledge of simulation platforms (Flexsim, PlantSim, AnyLogic) is a strong asset.
5. Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and initiative.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
