Rolex Production Flow Simulation Intern

- Integrate into the industrial engineering team and become proficient with team tools (Flexsim, Tableau, Monday, SAP).
- Survey the production system on site to understand workflows, constraints and project objectives.
- Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications for the proposed simulation solution.
- Develop and implement the simulation model in collaboration with team members.
- Evaluate alternative optimization scenarios, analyse results and validate findings with project stakeholders.
- Produce comprehensive functional documentation, model documentation and a final project report.
- Enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, Industrial Engineering (MTE) or equivalent.
- Proven ability with data analysis using Python.
- Familiarity with Lean Management principles.
- Knowledge of simulation platforms (Flexsim, PlantSim, AnyLogic) is a strong asset.
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Academic project work or prior internships in industrial simulation, process improvement or operations research preferred; hands‑on experience building simulation models is an advantage.
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, Industrial Engineering (MTE) or equivalent.
