1. Operate production equipment in accordance with established standards.
2. Ensure timely production and optimal use of consumables.
3. Guarantee the quality of produced components and client satisfaction.
4. Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
5. Assist technicians in equipment setup and adjustments.
6. Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

1. AFP certification in electroplating or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
2. Expertise in operating production equipment.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
4. Basic technological knowledge.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Autonomous work ethic.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Proactive in suggesting improvements.

Experience in a production environment, particularly with electroplating processes, is preferred.

AFP certification in electroplating or equivalent.
