1. Ensure product quality across the sector.
2. Initiate and coordinate analysis and actions for complex failure resolution across lines or sectors.
3. Lead Group Problem Solving Methods (MRPG).
4. Contribute to reducing recurrence and non-quality costs within the sector.
5. Serve as the interface between clients/suppliers and production workshops.
6. Collaborate with support services such as Industrialization and System Quality.

1. Technician ES diploma or equivalent training.
2. TQ1 certification desired, TQ2 appreciated.

1. Proficient in 8D methodology and QRQC philosophy.
2. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
3. Project management experience.
4. Organized, methodical, curious, proactive, and highly perseverant.
5. Diplomatic, team-oriented, attentive to needs, and highly client-focused.

Experience in project management is required.

Technician ES diploma or equivalent.
